At Himachal Bites, we are committed to bringing the finest farm-fresh produce directly from the orchards of Himachal to your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at customercare@buyapplesonline.com as soon as possible.
Cancellations should be done within 4-6 hours , after placing the order.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full cancellation and refund.
If the order is already in transit, cancellation may not be possible, but we will do our best to assist.
Refund Policy:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
If you receive the wrong item, or
If the package is completely damaged during shipping.
To claim a refund , you must provide photo or video evidence taken while opening the package. This helps us assess the issue fairly and take appropriate action.
In that case , refund will be credited to your original bank account within 4-5 business days.
For Fresh Produce (e.g., Apples):
We take great pride in growing and delivering fresh, high-quality fruits directly from our farms. Despite best efforts, minor bruising or surface damage may occur during transit.
If your order arrives with significant visible damage, please email us with clear photographs. Based on the evidence and the level of damage, we will process a partial or full refund, or offer a replacement.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase—whether card, UPI, or any other online gateway.
